With over 15 years of real estate experience in the European market, operating in Austria, Poland, and Hungary, Sinclair Real Estate was set up in Dubai in 2007.
For the past decade, it has witnessed regular growth and diversification into various business units related to property leasing, sales, and facility management.
In 2017, Sinclair moved into the management of buildings for landlords. We started our venture with 70 residential units and a turnover of AED 5.2 million.
In 2019, our portfolio increased to 450 units, with several additional projects under consideration. Our current turnover stands at AED 35.4 million. The company aims to achieve AED 50 million in the coming year.
